The home sleeps 8 – 10 and includes a upstairs mezzanine with additional TV/DVD that ideally can be used as a 2nd living area or children's play room.

First Tracks has a tastefully furnished open plan living/dining area with a combustion wood heater, making the home very cosy and appealing during the winter months. There are timber doors opening out to a large deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

This is the closest property that we have to Mt Buller and offers relaxing and enjoyable holidays during summer as well as the winter ski season.
The area is abundant with beautiful birdlife and scenery.

During the winter season, cars can drive to the nearby entry toll gates at Mirimbah and directly on to the Horse Hill Car Park and chairlift.

A free shuttle bus service operates daily between the Horse Hill car park and Mt Buller Village.

There are several restaurants & a bar close by open during both summer & winter. Mirimbah store sells light essentials,home-made breads and delightful breakfasts & lunches.
