Terms & Conditions:
Alpine Holiday Rentals accommodation is non smoking and caters for families and small groups.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, with balance payable 30 days before arrival date.
Full balance of payment is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
A cancellation fee of 35% of the total reservation will apply to canceled bookings..
A Fee will not apply to bookings where contact has been made 30 days prior to arrival and an alternative date has been selected for the booking. Note alternative dates must be within a 3 month period of the orginal booking date and are subject to availability.
No refund shall apply to bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, or if balance of payment has not been paid by the arranged due date and contact cannot be made with the client.
A booking Administration Fee may apply to cancelled bookings.
NOTE: If you have booked through a Third Party - please refer to the Third Party Terms and Conditions as these will override the above.
Payment: Payments appreciated by Direct Deposit, Mastercard or Visa. (Credit Card payments incur 2% surcharge)
Please note the following:
All properties are SELF CHECK IN. Entry instructions and codes will be emailed 2 days before arrival. We suggest bringing a PRINTED copy of the instructions with you as mobile coverage can drop out in this area.
The property you have selected CANNOT under any circumstances accommodate more people (including children) than has been specified on the website. If occupancy exceeds the number of people allocated guests will be required to vacate and all monies will be forfeited. Sleeping on lounges (except specified sofa beds), blow up beds or bringing your own beds etc is strictly prohibited.
Should you have a problem or complaint during your stay please contact Alpine Holiday Rentals 5775 1197. It is important to let us know during your stay as we are not able to address your concerns after your departure.
During the winter CHECK IN is strictly 4:00pm and CHECK OUT strictly 10:00am.
During the summer: CHECK IN is 2:00pm and Check Out is 11:00am.
Any changes will need to be approved by the office prior to arrival.
NOISE LEVELS: Please ensure that noise is kept to a minimum. A call out fee will be incurred if we need to attend the property for excessive noise after 10:00pm. Guests will be asked to leave if excessive noise continues
KEYS: We recommend that when a key-box is installed outside your apartment that your key is left in the key box and NOT taken with you when leaving the property.
Replacement keys will be charged min $200. When security locks need to be replaced a full replacement charge for the lock will apply
Be careful not to lock your keys in your apartment. Call out fee of $100 will be charged.
A SECURITY BOND is held by your bank against your credit card. The credit card you have provided for this booking will be used unless you provide us with an alternative card 7 days prior to your arrival. (Visa & Mastercard Accepted) We recommend you use a credit card and NOT a debit card. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available upon arrival.
Bonds are automatically released by your bank approx 3 days after departure provided that bond conditions are met and there is no damage to the property.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed.
